Print head cleaning and recovery service
Well maintained print heads give better image quality and prolonged head life. The nature of piezo print heads is such that nozzles may get clogged and start misfiring or stop jetting over time due to accumulation of particles in the nozzle channel. TULIP offers a professional print head cleaning and recovery service for a variety of piezo print head models, including Epson, Xaar, Konica Minolta, Dimatix Spectra, and many others. Print heads are generally expensive devices and a small investment in cleaning and recovery can result in substantial long term savings. Electrically damaged nozzles cannot be recovered by any cleaning process, but clogged or deteriorated nozzles can be recovered with a high degree of success. Custom ICC profiling service
The ICC PROFILES section of the web site contains a library of ready ICC profiles for various printers, RIPS, print modes and ink & media combinations. If you do not find a suitable profile for your application, or have a requirement for a specific ICC color profile, our experts can provide you with custom ICC profiles to get the best results from your TULIP inks. The profiling service is available for different ink / media combinations, as well as calibration of monitors used in print production. On site ink change over service
At the Converting to TULIP section of the web site, you can find guidelines on how to perform a successful change over to TULIP inks. In certain countries, we offer the option for customers to have the service performed on-site either by a member of the TULIP team or through appointed TULIP dealers. This may be combined with a custom ICC profiling service to achieve exceptional performance and results.
